This isn’t just any role. Jen will play a narcissistic, spotlight-hogging, emotionally chaotic, guilt-tripping maternal menace—aka Jennette McCurdy’s real-life mom. Yes, the same mom who made Jennette count her calories before she could count her teeth.
The series is described as a “heartbreaking and hilarious” dramedy, which is ✨code✨ for “this will make you cry, then LOL, then immediately cry again but like…in a healing way.”
