The 35-year-old actor, best known for his ability to look annoyingly handsome in any situation, has teamed up with the wizard behind Loki and Rick and Morty, Michael Waldron, to create a half-hour comedy. Oh, and did we mention Eli Manning is along for the ride? Yes, that Eli Manning. Apparently, being a two-time Super Bowl champ wasn’t enough for him – he had to go and create a sketch on ESPN+ that birthed the legend of Chad Powers. Like Frankenstein’s monster, but with more touchdowns and less existential dread.
Now, this week, the internet was blessed with a sneak peek at Glen Powell in full Chad Powers mode, and let me tell you, it’s a look. Hulu dropped the official first photo of Glen as Chad, and it’s like someone described a midlife crisis over the phone. Imagine if Thor had a secret twin who was a little less “God of Thunder” and a little more “God of Questionable Life Choices.” That’s Chad Powers.
