“Bring Them Down” Trailer: Barry Keoghan & Christopher Abbott Get Their Revenge Game On

Buy Me A Coffee

Revenge season is officially upon us!

Coming to a theater near you on February 7, 2025, Bring Them Down is the latest offering from director Chris Andrews, starring the dream team of broody intensity: Christopher Abbott, Barry Keoghan, and Colm Meaney. That’s right, your favorite lineup of “I can stare into your soul” actors is about to bring the drama.

Also joining this emotional rodeo are Nora-Jane Noone, Paul Ready, and Susan Lynch, because why not throw in a few more powerhouse names to make us mere mortals feel inferior?

Plot (a.k.a. The Emotional Gut Punch)
Picture this: Michael, the last surviving member of a shepherd family (because apparently life isn’t hard enough), is living a hermit-level existence with his ailing father, Ray. Why the reclusive vibes? Well, Michael’s got some heavy baggage, like a Louis Vuitton set full of guilt over his mom’s death. (Therapy, Michael. Ever heard of it?)

But wait, this isn’t just a sad guy sitting in the Irish countryside. Things kick off when Michael gets tangled in a turf war with rival farmer Gary and his son Jack. Spoiler alert: things don’t exactly stay polite. One angry glare leads to another, and suddenly, we’re in the middle of a chain of events so catastrophic, it’ll have you Googling “how to resolve conflicts without drama.”

In short, we’re talking sheep, secrets, and more family dysfunction than a Thanksgiving dinner.

Trailer Tease
The teaser trailer is here to whet your appetite with snippets of tense stares, gloomy landscapes, and enough emotional intensity to fog up your screen. Will Michael finally face his demons? Will Gary and Jack ever get their farmer feud under control? And, more importantly, who’s going to win the award for “Most Dramatic Monologue”?

Mark your calendars, grab your tissues (and maybe a stress ball), and prepare for Bring Them Down—because when the drama comes to town, it doesn’t just knock. It kicks the door down.

Watch the teaser trailer… if you dare.
