According to the Mayo Clinic, “stem cells are found in almost all tissues of the body.” Basically, they’re like tiny superheroes just waiting to swoop in and fix your ouchies!
Zac launched into a lengthy caption detailing his journey, starting with the tale of how he ended up needing this futuristic treatment. “I totally dive headfirst into my roles—like, seriously, I commit harder than a dog chasing its tail—but it can take a toll,” Zac shared, reminiscing about the time he tweaked his back on the set of The Iron Claw. Oops!
He attempted to coax his back into submission with physical therapy, but it was like trying to get a cat to take a bath—nothing much happened. So, off he galloped to Eterna Health, the land of stem cells and healing magic!
As he was getting prepped for The Iron Claw, Zac was well aware that he was about to tackle a mental and physical obstacle course. “The physicality he brought to the ring every single day was truly one-of-a-kind. So, I poured my heart and soul into it!”
