Attention, Hearties! Your favorite wholesome drama When Calls the Heart is coming back for season 13—because Hallmark knows you’re fully committed to Hope Valley at this point, and they wouldn’t dare break your heart.
The season 12 finale just aired, and before you could even process your feelings (or finish your tissues), Hallmark swooped in with the news: more romance, more small-town drama, and more perfectly styled 1910s curls are on the way!
“We’ve got an extra special announcement, #Hearties! When Calls the Heart will return for season 13! We’ll see you back in Hope Valley in 2026. 💜”
That’s right—2026. So, uh… maybe take up knitting or start a countdown clock because it’s going to be a minute.
The Hearties Are a Force of Nature
Hallmark Media’s SVP of Programming, Samantha DiPippo, had this to say about the show’s incredibly loyal fanbase (who could probably form their own town at this point):
“Hearties are far more than a fan-base — they are a connected community, as loyal and supportive as the characters of Hope Valley.”
Translation: Hallmark wouldn’t dare cancel this show unless they wanted a *very strongly worded* letter-writing campaign (delivered via horseback, obviously).
“It is an honor to tell stories of hope, resilience, humor, and romance that continue to resonate with millions of viewers for twelve seasons and beyond.”
In other words, as long as you keep watching, Hallmark will keep those corsets laced and those love triangles tangled.
So, buckle up, Hearties! Hope Valley will be back—just… in two years. Try not to age too much while you wait!
