Sara Ramirez is putting the “official” in officially done with their husband Ryan Debolt.
The 48-year-old actor has slapped the big “D” word on their relationship three years after they declared it as kaput, according to the gossip gurus at TMZ.
Remember when they aired their laundry out for everyone to see back in 2021? Well, now it’s time to officially fold that laundry and put it away. The former And Just Like That star is hitting the legal eject button on their marriage.
In the legal mumbo jumbo, Sara’s dropping the classic “irreconcilable differences” bomb and is kindly asking the court to slam the door shut on any possibility of shelling out spousal support to either party. Oh, and don’t forget the prenup – it’s there, apparently.
Sara’s got their calendar straight – they’re pinpointing the moment of separation way back in January 2018, a whole three years before they decided to make it Facebook official.
Let’s rewind to the mushy stuff: Paris, June 2011. That’s where Sara decided to put a ring on it with Ryan. Fast forward a bit, and boom! July 2012, they’re hitched.
In case you missed the latest gossip, Sara’s now officially waving the Gender Non-Binary flag since August 2020.
And the plot thickens! Sara’s not coming back to reprise their role as Che Diaz for season three of And Just Like That… Looks like the show’s gonna have to find someone else to bring the sass. And come on, we all know Sara’s real claim to fame – saving lives and breaking hearts on Grey’s Anatomy.
