Rihanna’s got her Met Gala game face on for 2024, and she’s not holding back.
In a recent chat with E! News at the launch of Fenty Beauty’s Soft’Lit Naturally Luminous Longwear Foundation, the 36-year-old singer dropped some hints about her Gala plans.
“I’m stepping up my game this year,” she teased. “I’m aiming for ‘extra,’ but I’ll settle for just making it to dinner.”
Playing it cool, Rihanna hinted at a low-key vibe for her outfit, perfectly in tune with the Gala’s “Garden of Time” theme.
“I’m going for that ‘effortlessly fabulous’ look,” she declared. “I know, you’re skeptical—believe me, I’m as surprised as you are.”
Explaining her choice for a more toned-down ensemble, Rihanna dropped the mom card like a boss.
“Hey, I’ve got kids,” she shrugged. “I don’t have time for all that drama.”
