Michael Lohan Arrested for Allegedly Playing WWE SmackDown with a Chair—And Losing the Match

Buy Me A Coffee

Ladies and gentlemen, in today’s episode of Lohan Family Chaos, Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has managed to land himself in legal trouble—again.

The 64-year-old father-of-the-year candidate was arrested in Texas on a domestic violence charge after allegedly flipping his estranged wife, Kate Major, out of a chair like he was auditioning for America’s Next Top Wrestler.

The Scene of the Crime
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), Kate, 42, was just minding her business at a medical appointment on Friday (February 21) when she spotted Michael lurking in the parking lot like a villain in a low-budget soap opera. Concerned that he was following her (because, let’s be real, he totally was), someone called 911 faster than you can say “family drama.”

Kate then informed authorities that Michael had recreated a WWE-style takedown at their home a few days prior, flipping her out of a chair. Yep, you read that right. Instead of discussing their issues like adults, Michael apparently thought he was in a Fast & Furious sequel—except with furniture.

A female deputy confirmed that Kate had bruising on her body, which, let’s just say, did not help Michael’s case.

And Just Like That… Arrested!
Authorities tracked down Michael at his house later that same day, where he was arrested without incident—probably because he realized there were no chairs left to throw.

He’s now sitting in jail on a charge of Continuous Family Violence with a $30,000 bond. That’s a hefty price to pay for what sounds like a failed audition for *WrestleMania.*

A Relationship in the Rearview Mirror
For those of you struggling to keep up with the Lohan Family Saga, here’s a quick recap:

– Michael and Kate tied the knot in 2014.
– By 2018, Kate had seen enough and filed for divorce.
– She also requested sole custody of their two sons, Landon and Logan, because, well, obviously.
