Megan Thee Stallion is back and she’s throwing more shade than a beach umbrella. The 29-year-old rap queen just dropped her third studio album this Friday (June 28) right in the middle of her scorching Hot Girl Summer Tour, which will keep her twerking and working until August 1.
Remember that spicy beef between Megan and Nicki Minaj earlier this year? Well, it looks like Megan decided to turn up the heat with her new track “Rattle.” And let me tell you, this song is juicier than a steak at a barbecue.
Megan kicks off “Rattle” with the kind of sass that could make a drag queen blush: “Ain’t got no tea on me, this hoe think she TMZ / I mean, the sooner you accept that I’m that bitch / The better your life will be.” Translation? Megan’s not here for your drama, but she’s here to remind you she’s the main course, not the side salad.
Let’s not forget that these two rap divas once joined forces on the 2019 banger “Hot Girl Summer.” Ah, memories! But Megan’s got no time for nostalgia. She raps, “Damn bitch it been four years / Worry ’bout your man and your kid / Your life must be boring as fuck if you’re still reminiscin’ ’bout shit we did / And I ain’t worried ’bout the bigger bitch link up / Y’all hoes earned them seats in the fan club.” Translation? Megan’s moved on, and she suggests Nicki do the same – maybe find a new hobby, like knitting or competitive bird watching.
