Joe Jonas is back in solo action and ready to make you dance with his new song “Work It Out”! Yes, you heard it right! The 34-year-old heartthrob of the Jonas Brothers just dropped a sonic bombshell at the stroke of midnight on July 18th, sending fans into a frenzy.
Joe’s brand new solo adventure, whimsically titled Music For People Who Believe In Love, is here to serenade your socks off. This is Joe’s first solo gig in 13 years! That’s right, the last time Joe Jonas flew solo, we were all bopping to his album Fastlife, probably while wearing skinny jeans and questionable hairstyles. Ah, the memories!
In a plot twist worthy of a soap opera, Joe spilled the beans that “Work It Out” was cooked up just a couple of months ago. He started dropping hints about this musical gem at the end of May, keeping us all on the edge of our seats.
“I wrote this like two months ago,” Joe confessed on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, probably while sipping an artisanal latte. “It happened quite quickly. It was one of the last tracks to make the album cut.” Joe, you little overachiever, you!
The song’s creation story sounds like something out of a buddy comedy. Joe teamed up with the magical Jason Evigan, who’s sprinkled his musical fairy dust on hits for Dua Lipa and Charli XCX. Joe sent Jason a mix tape (okay, maybe it was just an email) and Jason was like, “Hold my coffee, I’ve got a banger for you.” Thirty minutes later, they had “Work It Out” in the bag. That’s faster than deciding what to watch on Netflix!
Joe Jonas is back, and he’s ready to make you dance, cry, and maybe question your life choices, all while believing in love. Put on your dancing shoes and prepare to “Work It Out”!
