On her (sometimes) active X/Twitter account (because Banks has the social media lifespan of a soap bubble), she took a jab at rapper JT’s claim of being “the first dark-skinned girl killing it in fashion since Foxy Brown.”
Azealia didn’t hold back:
“JT… darling, you’re not exactly setting the fashion world on fire, and Foxy wasn’t exactly a fashion icon either. Lil’ Kim is the queen bee of everything. And seriously, this boob job? It’s like a fashion crime scene. Please, go back to the drawing board.”
Well, this spicy commentary set social media ablaze faster than a dumpster fire at a barbecue. Foxy Brown decided to chime in via Instagram Stories, serving up some sass with a side of shade. She posted:
“Imagine me respond(ing) to a dirt bag b***h (who) sold 2 records.”
She wasn’t done there. She followed up with a parade of pics flaunting her Versace gear and cozying up with supermodel Kate Moss, proving once again that while Azealia might have a knack for stirring the pot, Foxy’s got the high-fashion receipts to back it up.
