It’s time for another episode of “Celebrity Legal Trouble!” This time, our star is none other than Sean “Diddy” Combs, who’s been hit with yet another lawsuit – because, apparently, he just can’t stay out of court!
So, here’s the scoop: On Wednesday, July 3, Adria English, a former porn star, decided to throw some serious allegations Diddy’s way. She’s claiming that the 54-year-old rapper and party kingpin groomed her for sex trafficking at his infamous Labor Day “White Parties.” Now, I know what you’re thinking – those parties sounded classy with all the white outfits, but apparently, it was less “Hamptons chic” and more “shady business.”
According to the juicy court docs (because who doesn’t love a good court doc?), Adria says that from 2004 to 2009, she was trafficked by Diddy, Tamika Thomas, and Jacob Arabov. Yes, you read that right – it’s like an unholy trio of alleged misbehavior.
“The first ‘White Party’ in 2004 was like a harmless office party – no funny business,” Adria recounted in the documents. “But then it was like being trapped in a bad sequel. Year after year, I was offered ‘employment’ at these parties, and before I knew it, I was in too deep.”
Things apparently took a turn for the worse after the first party, where Adria says she was “groomed” and essentially turned into a party prop. She claims she was forced to guzzle down booze and dabble in narcotics – all in the name of keeping the party going. Because nothing says “great employment opportunity” like a crash course in how to ruin your liver.
Naturally, Diddy’s legal eagle, Jonathan Davis, swooped in with a statement faster than you can say “Not guilty!” He declared, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. This is just another baseless lawsuit in a world where you can sue for any old thing – like stealing your lunch from the office fridge. Diddy’s confident that the truth will set him free in court.”
This isn’t the first time Diddy’s found himself in hot legal water. Back in May, another lawsuit came his way, and a video of him allegedly getting handsy with his ex-girlfriend Cassie also surfaced online. It’s like his legal troubles have their own reality show, complete with shocking twists and turns.
