Bow Wow just spilled the tea on his wild ride with addiction!
In a side-splitting interview, the 36-year-old rapper took a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about his days chugging lean like it was going out of style. Lean – that magical concoction of cough syrup and soda that had Bow Wow flying higher than a kite back in 2007.

“I thought I was dying, man. My stomach was doing the cha-cha, and I was sweating like a pig in a sauna,” Bow Wow recounted, reliving the horror of his lean-induced hospitalization. But hey, at least his publicist, bless her soul, spun the collapse as a case of severe dehydration. Talk about PR magic!
But let’s give credit where it’s due – Bow Wow had a moment of clarity amidst the chaos. “I realized I couldn’t keep riding the lean train to Crazytown,” he confessed, wiping away imaginary tears of regret. “It was time to sober up and adult.”
