Lady Gaga is dropping some bombshell news about her new music, and it’s juicier than a watermelon at a summer picnic!
At the star-studded premiere of her Gaga Chromatica Ball concert film on Thursday (May 23), the 38-year-old queen of the “Just Dance” bop gave fans a sneak peek into her musical genius and even hinted at possibly teaming up with Beyoncé again. Hold onto your wigs!
“I’ve been cooking up new tunes non-stop, and honestly, it’s my life, my oxygen, my everything,” Gaga spilled to Entertainment Tonight. “I’m practically vibrating with excitement to share it with the fans.”
Her last solo dish, Chromatica, dropped in 2020, and then she followed it up with a musical love letter, Love for Sale, alongside the legendary Tony Bennett in 2021. Talk about range!
So, when can the little monsters get their paws on this “completely different project”? Gaga, ever the tease, said, “They hate when I say, ‘Soon,’ but soon.” Ah, the suspense is killing us!
Back in February, rumor mills were on fire with speculation that Gaga and Beyoncé, 43, might finally grace us with the sequel to their iconic “Telephone” duet. But alas, Beyoncé’s latest album, Cowboy Carter, dropped without a Gaga feature. Tragic, we know.
At her concert movie premiere, Gaga didn’t shy away from addressing the burning question of another collab with Queen Bey. “Whenever Beyoncé calls, I’d like to pick up the phone,” she quipped. Beyoncé, if you’re reading this, pick up that phone!
Don’t forget to mark your calendars: Gaga Chromatica Ball will light up your screens on Saturday, May 25 at 8 p.m. ET on HBO, and you can catch it streaming on Max. Get the popcorn ready, because it’s going to be legendary!
