Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, the dynamic duo of Hollywood, are pulling off a Houdini act by not spending their second wedding anniversary together. Maybe it’s a new trend?
If you’ve been living under a rock, the 54-year-old diva of “Maid in Manhattan” fame and the 51-year-old “Gone Girl” chameleon tied the knot in a blink-and-you-missed-it ceremony in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022. Not ones to do things by halves, they did a sequel wedding in Georgia a month later, inviting everyone who’s anyone. Because, you know, one wedding just isn’t enough when you’re Bennifer.
Fast forward to their second anniversary on Tuesday (July 16), and what do we find? Not a lovey-dovey duet but a solo act on opposite coasts. Jennifer was spotted cruising The Hamptons with her manager Benny Medina, while Ben was busy trying to find the coffee machine in his Los Angeles office.
Page Six got the money shots: J.Lo looking fabulous as ever in New York, and Ben looking… well, like a guy who’s late for a meeting.
And social media? A big fat nada from Jennifer on the anniversary front. Perhaps she was too busy deciding whether to post a #TBT or a motivational quote.
Jennifer’s been enjoying The Hamptons recently, probably practicing her “chill by the pool” pose after a solo adventure in Italy. She did share some videos over the weekend, hanging out with Ben’s 18-year-old daughter Violet, because what’s a summer without a bit of stepmom duty?
