The Kelce brothers, Jason and Travis, are tackling a massive new deal for their podcast, New Heights! And when I say massive, I mean it’s a deal so big that even Tom Brady might feel a little deflated.
The dynamic duo has signed with Amazon’s Wondery, which now holds the exclusive rights to bombard you with ads (unless you pay for the fancy Wondery+), and control the podcast’s global distribution. The price tag on this three-year extravaganza? Oh, just a cool $100 million. That’s right, the Kelce brothers are officially worth more than a small island nation or the amount of guacamole you have to pay extra for at Chipotle.
Starting August 28 (because why not coincide with NFL kickoff for maximum hype), Wondery gets to distribute all New Heights episodes, past, present, and future, like a proud parent showing off every finger-painting their kid ever made. They even scored the rights to make international audio adaptations—so get ready for New Heights: The French Version, where Travis will inexplicably say “bonjour” after every touchdown.
But wait, there’s more! Wondery also has exclusive rights to rake in the podcast cash with ads, and they’ll be whipping up New Heights merch faster than Jason can pull off a pancake block. We’re talking T-shirts, mugs, and probably life-sized cardboard cutouts of the brothers, because who wouldn’t want one of those in their living room?
And for all you Wondery+ subscribers (aka people who can’t stand commercials), you’ll get ad-free listening, livestreams, and the special privilege of pretending you’re in the same room as the Kelce brothers—minus the smell of sweat and sports tape.
In a statement that was surely written while spiking a football, the Kelces said, “We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of New Heights. We love this show, and our fanbase that somehow hasn’t abandoned us after two whole seasons. Wondery gets it—they share our vision of global podcast domination! We’re going to do something epic together, and maybe even break the internet. Season 3 is coming, 92%ers, and we can’t wait to take this podcast to…well…New Heights!” (Cue the rimshot.)
Jason and Travis Kelce are officially podcast kings, and we’re all just living in their $100 million world, waiting for Season 3 like it’s the Super Bowl of talking.
