In an interview with Us Weekly, the rapper shared that he’s been laying low on carbs like bread, pasta, and rice. Essentially, he canceled the Holy Trinity of Comfort Food, sending Italian grandmas everywhere into mourning. “We just try to eat everything with the least carbs possible,” Joe explained, probably side-eyeing a garlic breadstick with tears in his eyes. “So, we stay away from the bread, the pasta, the rice… you know, the stuff that makes life worth living.”
But wait—there’s more! Fat Joe didn’t just rely on willpower alone. He also brought in some pharmaceutical backup: Ozempic, the Type 2 diabetes medication-turned-Hollywood weight loss hack. Joe gave props to the drug for helping him curb his appetite, saying, “Ozempic says you may only have two pieces of your favorite stuff.” Sounds like a fair trade… until you realize that means two chips, not two pizzas.
