Guess what? Cara Delevingne is spilling the beans on her journey to sobriety.
So, rewind to March 2023, when the 31-year-old model/actress decided to spill the tea: she was officially off the sauce after a stint in rehab the year before.
Fast forward to the 2024 Met Gala shindig on Monday (May 6), and Cara’s got some wisdom to drop for anyone struggling to ditch the booze.
“You’re not flying solo in this struggle. If this goofball can do it, literally anyone can,” Cara hilariously shared with Variety. “But seriously, you gotta talk about it. Be real with yourself, and be as honest as a toddler who just ate all the cookies.”
Then, she dove into why she decided to broadcast her battles with the bottle.
“I guess I’ve always been a loudmouth about everything in this crazy world,” Cara quipped. “Whether it’s shouting about anxiety, depression, or my journey to sobriety, I figure, hey, we’re all in this circus together. No one’s perfect, least of all me. So, why not spill the beans? It’s like the least I can do, right?”
