Blake Lively has responded to a fan asking about divorce rumors with her trademark wit.
The 36-year-old actress, who has been married to the eternally charming Ryan Reynolds since 2012, shares four kids with him – James (9), Inez (7), Betty (4), and a fourth child born in 2023 (we’re still waiting for the grand reveal of the name).
Blake and Ryan are the reigning king and queen of Hollywood couple goals, constantly promoting each other’s work and showering praise on one another in interviews. Yet, some brave soul decided to ask if they’re splitting up. Blake’s response was pure gold.
“You and Ryan need to post more of each other. There were rumors going around that you two got divorced and I didn’t believe it because you two are literally the perfect couple,” the fan wrote.
Blake, with a wit sharper than a freshly sharpened pencil, simply replied, “haha they wish.”
