Adele isn’t here for your nonsense.
During her Saturday night (June 1) show of the Weekends with Adele residency in Las Vegas, our favorite 36-year-old songbird (you know, the one who brought us “Hello”) had a fiery encounter with a heckler who decided to blurt out, “Pride sucks!”
Adele wasn’t having any of it. She channeled her inner momma bear and unleashed a verbal smackdown, captured in a video shared on X. “Did you come to my f–king show and just say that Pride sucks? Are you f–king stupid?” she snapped, probably while giving the kind of glare that could melt ice.
“Don’t be so f–king ridiculous. If you have nothing nice to say, shut up, alright?” Adele continued, with the crowd roaring their approval like a bunch of rowdy cheerleaders at a championship game.
Adele is currently serenading fans throughout May and June, and then she’ll be off to Europe to spread her magic there. But don’t worry, she’s coming back to Las Vegas for some rescheduled dates in October and November. Get ready, because she’ll be back to deliver more of her epic tunes and, if needed, more epic clapbacks!
