Addison Rae is about to turn the music world upside down—again!
The 23-year-old social media superstar, AR singer, and “He’s All That” actress made a jaw-dropping, surprise leap into the live music scene. It all went down at Charli XCX’s BRAT Tour show, which was packed tighter than your grandma’s Spanx at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall on Saturday night (June 15) in the City of Angels.
Addison busted out onto the stage like a glitter-covered jack-in-the-box and belted out “The Von Dutch Remix with Addison Rae and A.G. Cook.” If you haven’t heard it, it’s the kind of track that makes you question if you’ve been living under a rock—or worse, without Wi-Fi.
These two are like musical peanut butter and jelly: always better together. Just last month, Addison and Charli had New York City dancing on rooftops during Charli’s Boiler Room set. Not to mention, Charli gave Addison’s track “2 Die 4” the remix treatment for her debut EP last year. It’s safe to say these collaborations are hotter than a jalapeño in a sauna.
Addison, never one to leave her fans hanging, teased some unreleased music on Instagram that’s causing more buzz than a beehive in a hurricane. The snippet is spreading across social media faster than you can say “influencer.”
