A ‘The Voice’ contestant just performed a song by Shawn Mendes, while his ex Camila Cabello was a judge!
In case you don’t know: Shawn and Camila broke up in November 2021 after being together for about two years.
Tanner Howe auditioned for ‘The Voice’ by singing ‘Mercy’ by Shawn Mendes. Camila was so taken aback by the performance that she said: “Is that my… Is that Shawn up there” – thinking it was Shawn. Camila never turned her chair around however the other judges Gwen Stefani, John Legend and Blake Shelton did! Tanner ended up choosing to work with Gwen Stefani.
