The search for 33-year-old former 'Glee' actress Naya Rivera is being scaled down. Rivera has been missing since July 8 2020 when she went missing on Lake Piru, California, where she went swimming with her 4-year-old son Josey. According to Josey, his mom jumped in the water from the boat, but never came back up. A massive search was launched for Rivera, but so far no luck. Ventura County Sheriff Eric Buschow now shares that the search for Rivera has been scaled down due to difficult diving conditions. "We don’t know if she’s going to be found five minutes from now or five days from now," he says.

33-year-old former 'Glee' actress Naya Rivera has gone missing after a boat trip with her son on Lake Piru, California. Her son Josey, 4, mentioned to authorities that Naya went into the water but never came back up. The Ventura County Sheriff reports that Naya rented a boat for herself and her son at 1pm, however only Josey was found about three hours later on the boat wearing a life-vest. A search was quickly initiated to find Rivera using dive teams, helicopters and drones! Rivera's purse was also found on the boat and her car still in the parking lot. The Sheriff has stated that Rivera is now "presumed dead."
