30-year-old ‘Sandcastle Disco’ songstress Solange Knowles took over the Guggenheim Museum in New York City for a performance piece that she not only conceptualized, but choreographed, and directed!
It even featured a band and lots of dancers performing throughout the museum space. Said performance took place last night and the audience were asked to wear all white and included the likes of Bjork, Zoe Kravitz, and Janelle Monae!
Knowles made sure to perform songs from her album ‘A Seat at the Table’ for the audience. Photos from the massive performance below/above:
