Bet you can't dance this one away Abby! 'DANCE MOMS' coach Abby Lee Miller made a court appearance this Friday to face indictments on over 20 counts of fraud and violating currency reporting laws. Assistant US Attorney Greg Melucci made a case that Miller should be sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for her wrongdoings that she pled guilty to on July 27 2016. She says she was forced into her fraudulent ways as a result of being thrust into the Hollywood spotlight due to her 'Dance Moms' series. Another hearing for Miller is set for February 24 and her lawyers are set to make a case for probation. It is expected that the judge will also make her decision soon after this second hearing and could see Abby behind bars soon after! Nobody knows whether Abby will be representing herself as a defense witness next month.
