It took the promptings of ‘O, That’s Good’ queen Oprah Winfrey, 66, to get Snoop Dogg to officially issue host Gayle King an APOLOGY!
After Snoop, 48, SLAMMED Gayle for asking Lisa Leslie about misconduct accusations against the late Kobe Bryant – Oprah made an appearance on NBC’s ‘Today With Hoda and Jenna’ claiming that Gayle started getting death threats and had to watch out for her own security! Snoop, possibly feeling pity for Gayle or fear of the Big O, took down his rant from Instagram against Oprah’s super-close gal-pal, and is issuing her an apology instead!
In a new video posted to his Instagram page today, Snoop says: “Two wrongs don’t make no right. When you’re wrong, you gotta fix it. So with that being said, Gayle King, I publicly tore you down by coming at you in a derogatory manner based off of emotions, being mad at questions you asked … so I would like to apologize to you publicly for the language that I used and calling you out of your name and just being disrespectful…” Take a look at Snoop’s apology to Gayle, 65, below and let us know: IS HE DOING THIS BECAUSE HE’S SCARED OF OPRAH? ♒♒♒ WAS HE BEING TOO MEAN TO GAYLE?
