10-time Emmy-Award-nominated producer and writer Marc Wilmore has died at the age of 57 after battling COVID-19.

Wilmore is most notably known for his work on ‘The Simpsons’ but also worked as a writer for ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jay Leno’ and produced + starred in ‘In Living Color…’

Wilmore’s brother – comedian Larry Wilmore, wrote in a tweet yesterday: “My sweet sweet brother, Marc Edward Wilmore, passed away last night while battling COVID and other conditions that have had him in pain for many years.
