Many shoppers in the West are always gearing up for the release of the latest iPhone or Samsung Galaxy, but Japanese consumers have access to exclusive rival-quality smartphones from their unique carriers, and now they even get STAR WARS phones!
The handsets, produced by SHARP, come in both a Dark and Light-Side edition – and allow consumers to either choose between a clear white or deep maroon red version.
Features in these phones include: a Snapdragon 820 processor with a Android OS, 3GB RAM, 32GB of storage, a microSD slot, a 3000mAh batter pack, 22.6MP camera and a TV Tuner! The phones also come with Star Wars-themed skins, wallpapers, and STAR WARS emoji! The phones also come in a special package to coincide with the release of ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ on December 14 2016. The phones themselves however will be available in Japan from SHARP on December 2 2016.
