Sharon Stone spilled the tea about her finances, and it’s not looking good. The iconic Basic Instinct star shocked everyone at a fundraiser for women’s cancer research by revealing that she’s lost half of her money.
But wait, it gets better! She did it while receiving the Courage Award on stage. Talk about brave! In her acceptance speech, Sharon urged everyone to give generously and even used her own money problems as evidence that she’s willing to help out.
Apparently, writing a check is another way to show courage according to Sharon. “Because I know what’s happening. I just lost half my money to this banking thing, and that doesn’t mean that I’m not here,” she said. Who knows what “banking thing” she’s talking about, but it sounds like she’s not a fan of Silicon Valley Bank.
