40-year-old ‘Perro Fiel’ singer SHAKIRA has canceled the rest of her European tour, citing vocal cord hemorrhage.
The Colombian superstar apologized to her fans with a “heavy heart,” saying that she must stop singing in order to recover.
Writing in both Spanish and English on Twitter, Shakira said: “All the years I’ve been singing, I’ve never been faced with a situation like this.” She adds that she cannot wait to get back onstage and to “hear your voices singing along with mine.” Check out her tweets below and let us know what you think:
