94-year-old Queen Elizabeth II is rumored to have hired a “diversity czar” after the disastrous Meghan Markle/Oprah interview!
According to insiders, in addition to hiring the new “diversity czar” – the royals are all going to engage in a “learn and listen” exercise to hear each other out on how they can increase efforts for diversity and incorporate minotiries including those from the lgbt community in the monarchy!
A source says to The Mail on Sunday: “This is an issue which has been taken very seriously across the Households. We have the policies, procedures and programs in place but we haven’t seen the progress we would like and accept more needs to be done. We can always improve. We are not afraid to look at new ways of approaching it. The work to do this has been under way for some time now and comes with the full support of the family.”
