J.R. Moehringer, the entity behind Prince Harry’s new tell-all ‘Spare’ is opening up about the mistakes made in the book released January 10.
On his Twitter account, Moehringer shares a quote from ‘Teh Art of Memoir’ by Mary Karr which reads: “The line between memory and fact is blurry, interpretation and fact. There are inadvertent mistakes of those kinds out of the wazoo.”
One of the most glaring mistakes noticed by readers in the book is of him learning about Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother’s death in 2002, stating he learnt about it at boarding school. However at the time many reports stated he was on a ski-trip in Switzerland with Prince William and King Charles.
‘Spare’ according to its publisher, has already generated $1.4 billion on its first day of sales.
