27-year-old 'Your Song' singer RITA ORA just announced that she's going to be releasing a new record titled 'PHOENIX.' Ora made the announcement on Twitter alongside a photo of the cover art she's using for the record, writing: "PHOENIX ☄️ THE ALBUM ☄️ COMING NOV 23."
