34-year-old ‘Cravings: Hungry for More’ author Chrissy Teigen just revealed that she’s going through a major depression after suffering a miscarriage with husband John Legend; LAST MONTH!
Chrissy sent out a tweet yesterday night to explain her lack of social media presence lately, writing: “I’m not tweeting much because I’m honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole, but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I’ll be fixed soon.”
She added: “they’ll call when im better and ready for pickup and u can swing by and grab me ok? thank u and love you!” Chrissy then wrote in response to someone who said “I believe that anyone suffering from depression and grief would take exception to the term ‘fixed.’ Seems a bit condescending” : “I am in a very dark bubble and incapable of expressing what is happening and doing the best I can. I feel broken and all I know is the opposite is fixed – I know it isn’t that easy but it’s all I can think of at the moment. Did not mean to offend.” Chrissy and Legend, 41, made the decision to go public about their loss last month, writing at the time on Twitter: “We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before…” Read more about it here an send her your well-wishes on Twitter @chrissyteigen
