Blake Lively headed to Instagram to share a message and photo of a party she threw in honor of husband Ryan Reynold’s 40th birthday party!

26-year-old BLANK SPACE singer Taylor Swift then seemed to get a little jealous as she commented on the couple’s photo that she’s drowning in tears. Swift wrote on the photo Blake posted: “Thanks guys, Now I’m drowning in tears of joy.”

Reynolds took to his Instagram after Blake to share his thoughts about the party: “Best. Birthday. Everrrrr. Courtesy of my wife, buddy, and international spy, @blakelively. With huge thanks to my favorite restaurant in NYC, @_o_ya_ — and a special shout out to our children for not ruining everything like they planned.” See below:
