Madonna has just appealed a court's decision requiring her to be physically present at her NYC home whenever any of her family or staff are present. This past November, Judge Gerald Lebovits sided with Harperley Hall on West 64th Street and Central Park West, whom Madonna sued in April after they barred her children and staff from using her $7.3 million home when she's traveling and not present.
