Lea Michele Shares Gleeful Photo Of Her & Dead Boyfriend Cory Monteith

30-year-old GLEE actress Lea Michele just shared a photo of herself and late boyfriend Cory Monteith cuddling!

Monteith died in Vancouver back in July 13 2013 from a heroin and alcohol combination.
