30-year-old singer Lady Gaga hit the stage for the last stop of her BUD LIGHT DIVE BAR TOUR last night in Silver Lake, California.
There, the PERFECT ILLUSION sonstress sung a few songs from her new album JOANNE for the crowd. She kicked off her set with her songs A-YO and COME TO MAMA. She also performed ‘John Wayne,’ ‘Million Reasons,’ ‘Angel Down,’ ‘Joanne,’ and PERFECT ILLUSION.
She dedicated the song ‘Angel Down’ to Trayvon Martin by changing some of the lyrics to ‘Trayvon Angel.’ She says about the song: “I wrote this song about people loving each other and taking care of each other, and, you know, the election is coming up. I really hope that is a peaceful day, as much as it can be… not everybody is gonna vote for the same person. Everybody has different ideas and thoughts and that’s okay. We don’t have to hate each other because of that. What we have to do is come together, and the reason is because there are a lot of people suffering and there are too many angels down, so let’s not focus on the hate.”
