A divorce-court judge has legally declared ‘Skims’ entrepreneur a free woman in her ongoing separation proceedings from ‘Donda’ artist Kanye West, 44.
A hearing today took place in Los Angeles which Kim attended, but Kanye didn’t.
The judge subsequently granted Kim’s request to become legally single and be known as ‘Kim Kardashian’ everywhere from now on instead of ‘Kim Kardashian West.’ The judge also granted only one of three of Kanye’s wishes which was to “any right to get reimbursement of money that’s supposed to be divided up will be preserved in case either of the dies.” The other two conditions requested by Kanye that got denied were “Kim would not transfer any assets she had in trust, and if Kim remarries she would waive the ‘marital privilege.”
