40-year-old ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star Kim Kardashian West is being sued by her former gardening and maintenance staff for unpaid wages!
The laborers worked at her Hidden Hills mansion and according to the suit are accusing her of unscrupulous behavior.
The plaintiffs in the suit claim that Kim, 40, has not only been late in paying them but also held back 10% for taxes but didn’t end up giving that money to the government. Kim also refused to pay them overtime and made them work without breaks for meals. They also didn’t receive itemized pay stubs and one 16-year-old employee says that he had to work over the maximum allowed 48 hours for an underage employee. Another says that when he brought up the bad conditions, he was fired on the spot…HOW HORRIBLE KIM!
