Kendall Jenner Talks Stress Management!

26-year-old model Kendall Jenner just sat down with WSJ to talk about her busy life and how she manages stress.

On relaxing and taking time for herself, Kendall revealed: “I love to have moments to myself, especially during busier times. I love to go back to my hotel room or my space and just decompress for a second. I love training my brain into being less stressed. I’m a natural intense stresser and I worry about a lot of things, so I’m actively working on training my brain to try to not worry as much. I do a lot of breathwork, which has been really transformative.”

Kendall also discussed meditation, adding: “I normally gravitate toward doing that later in the afternoon, after my day is done. If I have time in the morning and I don’t have to rush out, I’ll sit in my room, I’ll do some stretching and deep breathing.
