38-year-old Prince William Duke of Cambridge and wife Kate Middleton, 38, will begin a tour of the United Kingdom soon to highlight the work being done by frontline workers, volunteers, teachers and more during the COVID-19 pandemic. The trip is officially being dubbed the “RoyalTrainTour”
The Duke and Duchess are according to their Twitter account: “very much looking forward to shining a spotlight on the incredible work that has been done across the country throughout this difficult year and to sharing their gratitude on behalf of the nation for all those supporting their local communities ahead of the Christmas holidays.”
Kate and William will be sleeping on a train as they tour the UK and the trip is set to conclude on December 8 2020. They will be making stops in various English towns, and Scotland and Wales to hear stories from frontline workers and those directly involved in helping others during the pandemic.
