Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears, 69, wants his daughter to be forced down to sit for a deposition!
According to newly filed court documents, Jamie is claiming that if 40-year-old Britney “continues to make public social media posts containing incendiary allegations of various factual matters” she should be forced to attend a deposition. The documents also state that Britney’s lawyer Matthew Rosengart should sit for one too.
Matthew has released his own statement after the filing, stating that the depositions will NOT go forward: Matthew: “Mr. Spears, who was ignominiously suspended by the Court in September, continues to disgrace himself, especially through this most-recent foolish and ill-advised filing, which is riddled with errors and falsehoods, as he himself knows,” he said. “In addition to trying to bully his own daughter, he is now pathetically reduced to trying to intimidate her, while abusing the legal process and running and hiding from his own deposition.”
