19-year-old ‘Ms. Marvel’ actress Iman Vellani is opening up about being a fan of the Ms. Marvel comics before being cast in the upcoming Disney+ show, premiering on Wednesday June 8.
In an interview with THR, Iman reveals: “It just blew my mind that a superhero comic was showcasing Eid [the Muslim festival marking the end of Ramadan].”
On being a fan of Ms. Marvel: “She was my total comfort character.
