Oh, have you heard the latest from Gwyneth Paltrow? Apparently, her wellness tips have been dubbed a “starvation diet” by some people. But don’t worry, she’s got an excuse – it’s all down to “very high levels of inflammation” and long COVID. Classic Gwyneth!
According to the actress herself, she’s been focusing on foods that aren’t inflammatory, and it’s been working really well for her. She’s even done extensive testing and has the medical results to prove it. So, you know, it’s totally legit. But don’t go thinking her daily diet is meant to be advice for anyone else. Nope, it’s just for her. You’re on your own, folks!
Gwyneth’s been making headlines lately for describing her intermittent fasts, bone broth lunches, and paleo dinners on a podcast. And she’s been really feeling the benefits of her habits, thank you very much. She’s clarified that she doesn’t eat that stuff all the time, though. She does eat full meals, sometimes even with French fries. Whoa, slow down there, Gwyneth!
But not everyone is impressed with her health kick. Tess Holliday, Meghan McCain, and other stars have been blasting her left and right. Tess even said that Gwyneth is “afraid to get fat.” Ouch! Meghan, on the other hand, compared her to a cult member and said her “life sounds like a living hell.” Yikes, somebody give that girl a kale smoothie!
Meanwhile, Bethenny Frankel is defending Gwyneth, saying that her comments don’t promote disordered eating because her audience consists of “middle-aged moms.” Oh, well that’s all right then. As long as it’s just middle-aged moms following her advice, what could possibly go wrong?
