Netflix and Spanish language channel Univision are teaming up for a new original series called EL CHAPO!
The series will revolve around the world’s most notorious drug-dealer: Joaquin ‘Eh Chapo’ Guzman. It will chronicle how he ended up on the run after three decades: “from 1985 when he was a low-level member of the Guadalajara Cartel, his rise to power, and his ultimate downfall.”
The first three episodes will be released on Univision and then followed by Netflix. Watch the first trailer below and look out for the series on Univision on April 23:
