36-year-old reality star Kim Kardashian West is responding to claims that she's wearing 'blackface' in a new advertisement for Kim Kardashian Beauty. In the ad Kardashian appears a darker color and says that when the image was shot she was "really tan." Kim says in an interview with The New York Times: "I would obviously never want to offend anyone. I was really tan when we shot the images, and it might be that the contrast was off. But I showed the image to many people, to many in the business. No one brought that to our attention. No one mentioned it. Of course, I have the utmost respect for why people might feel the way they did. But we made the necessary changes to that photo and the rest of the photos. An MRI discovered a tumor the size of a GOLF BALL pushing on her facial nerves and therefore Maria scheduled surgery on June 8 with her mom's doctor. "He said, ‘I’m 98 percent sure it’s benign but we won’t know until we get in there," said Maria before her surgery. 31-year-old personality Kelly Osbourne has settled a lawsuit with the woman who had an affair with her father Ozzy! Kelly publicly criticized said mistress, Michelle Pugh, and even shared her number on Twitter! This led to Michelle suiting Kellly who has since deleted the tweets. The two have come to a settlement of the lawsuit outside court. Pugh's lawyer F. Edie Mermelstein spoke to PEOPLE saying: "The tweets have been removed and the lawsuit has been privately resolved. The resolution statement is mutual."
