50-year-old Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk has just found himself the victim of a lawsuit from the shareholders of Twitter!
Days ago Musk purchased more than 9% stake in Twitter; with shareholders claiming that Elon failed to disclose his purchase within an appropriate timeframe.
The lawsuit claims that Elon was ten-days-late to file his legally mandated disclosure form which is required since he amassed more than 5% stakes in the company…SAD.
