Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of MULAN will likely not have any songs!
Director Niki Caro recently said about the movie: “Yes, from what I understand, no songs right now, much to the horror of my children.” In the original Mulan songs like ‘Reflection,’ ‘I’ll Make a Man Out of You,’ and ‘Honor to Us All’ are featured.
Caro is currently working with producer Sean Bailey on the film, and says of the collaboration: “His sensibility and mine for the material is right in sync. It’s a big, girly martial arts epic. It will be extremely muscular and thrilling and entertaining and moving.” LEt us know: What do YOU think about the live-action Mulan having NO music?
