30-year-old ‘Cool for the Summer’ artist Demi Lovato has some advice for current and former Disney stars.
Demi has a long-history with Disney: from starring in the ‘Camp Rock’ movies, ‘Sonny With a Chance,’ ‘Princess Protection Program’ and ‘As The Bell Rings’ – together with music too!
In a new interview with PopCrush, Demi says of her advice for current and former Disney stars: “It’s more important to have a personal life than it is a career at that age. I think that’s what got lost in the era of Disney when I was in it. We were all working so hard, running ourselves into the ground.” Loato adds that she didn’t have time to appreciate the journey while on the network because of how busy she was while filming: “I didn’t have a lot of fun in my downtime.
